We have direct beach access to Greenwood State Beach, which is about a mile long and welcomes dogs on leash. It’s a 7-minute walk, but the beach access is a bit steep. For guests who can’t make it down to Greenwood Beach, we recommend Navarro Beach, which is accessible by car.
All rooms except Swallow’s Nest are equipped with:
- Small fridge

- Keurig coffee maker
- Tray tables
There is NO cell phone coverage in Elk. Most guests can get a signal by driving north near Cuffey’s Cove Cemetery or south across from Beacon Light. We do, however, provide the best Wi-Fi on the coast.
Enhance your stay with one of our special occasion add-ons such as:

We welcome dogs at Elk Cove Inn. For other pets, please call us to discuss. Refer to our pet-friendly page for more details on our pet policy.
