….first off the staff at the Elk Cove Inn were the most warm, welcoming, friendly people. Breakfast was so enjoyable every morning, Patty was there greeting everyone making us feel right at home. The food was out of this world! Such a great spread, we left breakfast full, happy and ready for the day. We could’ve stayed in our room all day just watching and listening to waves wash onto the shore, but we did venture around a little. We walked down to the private beach after breakfast and enjoyed the sun and sand! It was great that the beach was such a short walking distance, how could you beat that!? Our room (the Bavarian) had everything we needed! Not to mention 2 recliners perfectly positioned in front of the giant window for watching the ocean. The wood burning fire places and candles came in handy at night. I can tell you there is nothing like waking up in the morning to the sound of the ocean, the rooms are so close you can hear it! We will 100% be back to this location, and I can not wait! ” – Antioch CA, TripAdvisor
